*THE GIRL I LOST IT TO*
*EPISODE SIX*

I woke up the next morning feeling bad and angry at myself for not being smart enough to collect her own number, maybe write it down, memorize it or something. God! I don't even know her name to start with, I hated myself for making such a big mistake, I guess everything happened so fast the moment we got down from the bus last night. But she promised to call as soon as she gets home, why would she make promises she won't keep....? That morning I was just busy blaming and asking myself questions that I don't even have answers to.
Later that day, it was a Saturday, my sister came to ask if I was OK cause I have been in my room since morning, " Yes I'm fine I said" I wish I could tell her the truth......maybe she could help me out or something, but somehow I figured out that its not necessary cause she'll just laugh at me, but dude seriously you just met this girl and you're all over her like that already? Its amazing how she knock me off my feet.....
Later that day I went to help my sister in the  kitchen with the food she was preparing, it was something we did together since childhood even with my mum, basically I'd say  I learnt how to cook from them.
In the kitchen with my sister We talked about everything, work, school, family, marriage etc even as we discussed, I was constantly checking my phone to see if the pretty woman that stole my heart will call....
After dinner,  We made tomato stew for Sunday, Egusi and Okro soup for the new week, packed them properly in a bowl and put them in the freezer since there's constant  light and a standby generator, not much to worry about...
We finally retired to bed, for me  All through the night I couldn't sleep, I was just thinking about her, I could hear her voices in my head and when I close my eyes all I can see was her pretty face, I was switching from one side of the bed to the other trying to get her off my mind and find a comfortable position to sleep even if its for just a second.....
The next day, We all went to church. The Pastor preached on the topic "giving", I felt he was talking to the rich politicians seated at the front row of the church to invest more of their time and money in the house of the lord rather than shipping it abroad for pleasure and other material things of this word. The church was well populated with rich men and women, half of which were big business men and politicians. Even with the huge amount of money I'm sure the church will  be getting weekly from the tithes, offerings, donations and everything, i guess the pastor or the church still wanted more, I thought to myself as we drive back home through the beautiful well spaced and decorated city with tall buildings and street lights on each side of the road......... *TO BE CONTINUED*

Next is episode 7
