Imo Govt Gives Out N300million Bursary To University Students

The Imo students in tertiary institutions can now smile as their Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha has approved the sum of N300million for indigenes of the state.
Okorocha said the bursary is to ease the burden on parents in paying school fees while he also promised a gift of i-pad to every Imo graduating student who graduates with grade point of 4.o and above.
He also declared a scholarship and rewards for the overall best student of every tertiary institution in the Imo state.
He howerver charge the students to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity given to them and be good ambassadors of the state.
This development is part of the Imo state government plan to make the state one of the foremost states in education.
The governor affirmed his administration’s willingness to make the state better and ensure the well being of the poor especially those that don’t have access to quality education.

    same thng we heard from dem dat all law school imo students received so an so amount....for where?
